As the time approached, the crew was ready to board the shuttle. Cameras and eyes
everywhere, the crew proudly made their entrance to the platform and proceeded to board the
shuttle. With everything in order, NASA was ready to proceed with the launch. The
countdown began and the shuttle proceeded to take off, with everything looking good. The
world looking in awe and amazed with excitement the shuttle was on its way.
“Then at second 73” into the launch, tragedy struck, the shuttle exploded! Everyone
around the world was in disbelief of what just occurred (Evon Mikkelson 1). Everyone but
people that orchestrated the incident. They knew this was going to happen; it was all planned.
The cause of the explosion that was released to the press was the o-rings failed, just like the
engineer warned them would occur (1). Tragically, the crew all perished, and even the
President made a speech about the tragedy in memorial of the astronauts. With all the sadness
going around what’s not to believe, of course, NASA, the news, and our President wouldn’t
deceive us.
If you know anything about NASA they are diligent, and accomplished their goal that
day, they got their funding bump they drastically needed. As it turns out during that time in the
80s, it was quite easy to cover up corruption, no internet existed, so it was a lot harder to
research things back then, a much simpler time. Let’s look at something thirty plus years later,
some conspiracy theorists say that the crew is still alive and been spotted (Evon Mikkelson 1).
Is the media lying to us, did NASA set up this rouse, has NASA even been to space? Have
they been telling stories to us the whole time? Do they just send empty shuttles up? Did they
deceive us all? These are all questions you need to ask yourself, it makes you wonder what is
the real truth

A conspiracy has emerged that the Challenger crew remain alive and well. Conspiracy
theorists claim that six of the seven of the members have allegedly been discovered, all but
Jarvis, Maybe Jarvis was the one that had to sacrifice him self for the cause by piloting the
shuttle, who really knows; “Maybe they are just really spot on doppelgangers” (Mikkelson and
Evon1). Now that we have cameras almost everywhere on earth, it is really hard to hide your
identity these days. Everything is just at your fingertips, you can search about anything to find
the answers you are looking for.
The best part of all, they don’t even hide that they are still alive, they deny its them of
course for the most part. Most of them use the same names:

Scobee who is CEO of his own corporation, Cows in Trees, which has a logo of
a cow strapped to a rocket in a downward spiral similar to the Challenger
explosion, ‘Smith who is a retired professor, from the University of
Wisconsin’…’McAuliffe who is teaching law at Syracuse’, and received her
law degree shortly after the incident, ‘Resnik who is teaching law at Yale
University’, just to add she is openly seen on CNN alive and well. She even
made her box office debut in a cameo of the 2010 movie -Fair Game, how bold
.(“At the Law School: Resnik Has Cameo in ‘Fair Game.”1)

That leaves us with McNair and Onizuka who claim they are the twin brothers of the fallen
crew members, but they failed to attend the funeral of their own brothers and have never been
seen or heard of before the incident (Mikkelson and Evon1). With no birth records found
justifying the fact that they are the twin brother of the crew members, it just seems a little odd
(1).
